Face down, heels clipped to the wrists. Two clips do what a rope hogtie takes ten minutes to build, and they come off in two seconds.
What the app knows about it
Everything below except the first sentence is read straight out of the catalogue the planner draws from — the time ceiling, the kit, what the shape takes away, and what can and cannot be done to somebody in it.
