Bondage-tape arm wrap
Bondage tape wrapped along the arms. It sticks only to itself, so it never pulls hair or skin, and it is the cheapest way to find out whether being wrapped does anything for you.
What the app knows about it
Everything below except the first sentence is read straight out of the catalogue the planner draws from — the time ceiling, the kit, what the shape takes away, and what can and cannot be done to somebody in it.
