Wrists behind changes the whole shape of a body — chest forward, shoulders open, hands out of use — and tights are the forgiving material to learn that on, because they give before they mark.
What the app knows about it
Everything below except the first sentence is read straight out of the catalogue the planner draws from — the time ceiling, the kit, what the shape takes away, and what can and cannot be done to somebody in it. That last part is computed with the same rule the scene builder uses, so it is the filter itself rather than a promise written next to it.
