Zip-tie wrists. Sharp, cheap and completely one-way: shears are not optional here, and this is the tie that teaches people why that rule exists.
What the app knows about it
Everything below except the first sentence is read straight out of the catalogue the planner draws from — the time ceiling, the kit, what the shape takes away, and what can and cannot be done to somebody in it.
